95% by count is unsolicited junk. By count, #1 is credit card offers.
99.9% by weight is unsolicited junk. By weight, #1 is catalogues mostly from companies I’ve never heard of.
Anyone see a pattern?
I wonder if this is in line with the US’s stated goals of conservation?
My solution would be to target snail mail spammers and raise their rates by 10x until they reduce their volume by >90%.
